SGA

The Student Government Association (SGA) represents the entire student body.

This group of elected students also helps shape student policies, events, and extracurricular activities. They are responsible for promoting school spirit and school values.

The leadership council comprises President, Vice President, and Treasurer. In addition, each grade has an SGA representative selected by the students in each grade level. Grade level representatives will be organized by SGA Leadership.

SGA’s main purpose is to help the students, to listen to their complaints and suggestions on how to improve campus student life. It is our goal to add general welfare to the vibrant and diverse student community of the American School of Recife

SGA leadership members should be responsible, collaborative, and supportive of the student body’s needs. They need to volunteer their time, energy, and focus.
